Daily Productivity Plan

Morning Routine (6:30 am - 8:00 am)


~6:30 am: Questions to set up my day:

- How do I feel about the day ahead?
Pretty relaxed. Think I'll be focused and achieve

- What positive affirmation can I remind myself of to stay motivated?
I won't get my result if I don't stick to the process

7:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Morning Productivity Session


(7:30 to 8am): Set My Work Intentions for Today

Questions:

- What are my top three priorities for today?

  • Resume

  • Job offer

  • Catch up emails

- How do these priorities align with my long-term goals?

The resume is to get me regular work

The job offer...should I take it?

Stay on top of emails is important

- What can I do today that will lead me closer to my larger objectives?

Set up prioritesd task and stay focused

START 8 am: Focused Morning Work Sessions:

Questions:

- What is the single most important task I can do right now?

  • Resume

- Am I fully focused on this task, or are there distractions I need to eliminate?

No I'm not. I'm doing domestic chores that do need doing...

- What immediate resources or support do I need to complete this task?

Reframe and refocus on what I should be doing NOW!

- Have I scheduled breaks?

Mid-Morning Break 10 am (15 minutes)

10 am: Reflect on my progress so far.

Questions:

- What have I accomplished in this session?

Cleaned car, washing... only some work related effort

- Do I need to make any adjustments for the next work session?

Yes, write down and stick to takes from Tick Tock

Restart: 10:15 am to 12pm

Midday Review (12 PM - 12:30 PM) (of morning session)


12:00 pm: Check-in and Recharge:

Questions:

- What tasks did I complete?

A number of non-work related tasks....

- What went well?
I'm on top of my domestic duties, but...

- What challenges did I face, and how can I address them moving forward?

Prioritesed tasks...Do the domestic stuff but schedule it. Even if it's before work stuff, still schedule and don't work randomly

- How do I feel about my productivity so far, and do I need to adjust my goals for the afternoon?

Work....simple

(12:30 PM - 5:00 PM): Afternoon Productivity Session

- What is the most impactful task I can focus on this afternoon?

Pre-End of Day Review (15 minutes before finishing)

Schedule prioritised tasks

- What remaining tasks can I prioritise for tomorrow?

- What did I learn today that I can apply moving forward?

It's 9:20 now, sleep is also a priority

Evening Reflection (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

Gratitude and Assessment

Questions:

- What am I grateful for today?

Neat weekend and did get some important stuff done

- How did I handle challenges today?

Uumm okay I guess

- What are three things I learned today that I can carry into tomorrow?

Awareness of what I doing now

Awareness of what is scheduled

Let emotions flow

Plan for Tomorrow

- Identify top priorities and outline tasks for the next day.

This will be determined by the Copenhagen client
