- How do these priorities align with my long-term goals? Core foundation to achieve goal

- What can I do today that will lead me closer to my larger objectives? Don't over whelm

START 8 am: Focused Morning Work Sessions:(Use techniques like Pomodoro) Sta

- What is the single most important task I can do right now? Deep breathes

- Am I fully focused on this task, or are there distractions I need to eliminate? No

- What immediate resources or support do I need to complete this task? Nothing
