Morning Routine (4:45 AM - 8:00 AM)


Mindfulness and Daily Motivation Setup:

4:45 am - Practice mindfulness (meditation, deep breathing) for ~20 minutes.

Complete DDD and flowriter websites so I can start doing research into making a pssiave incomand affiliate marketing. I think I should also do a Medium article...

- How do these priorities align with my long-term goals? I will have a foundation for learning how to set up my day

- What can I do today that will lead me closer to my larger objectives? Prioritise and stay focused

START 8 am: Focused Morning Work Sessions:(Use techniques like Pomodoro)
